Better relationships.
We’re Top One Reno. A local renovation team with a simple belief: your home should feel like you, and the process should feel personal.

Local roots.
Thoughtful work.
Alex and the team renovate kitchens, bathrooms, showers, basements and staircases throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
From a fresh bathroom to a renovation that connects several rooms, we look at each home as its own project. We believe your space should reflect your personal style and make everyday life work better.
Our motto is simple: one deal makes one friend. That means listening to your ideas, keeping you informed and treating the work as the start of a relationship.

makes the difference.
Good spaces come from good conversations.
Here is what you can expect.
A clear timeline
Know what is happening and when. We believe a conversation about timing belongs at the start, and throughout the renovation.
Respect for your space
Your house is still your home. A tidy workspace matters to us, and it is something customers notice in their reviews.
A team that responds
Questions are part of every renovation. We keep the conversation going and get back to you when you need us.
